Live Blog: Boxing Golden Boy Live - Shabranskyy vs. Parker

We get two young, undefeated cruiserweights in Oscar de la Hoya's Golden Boy show on Fox Sports 2. 28-year-old Vyascheslav Sharbanskyy (13-0, 11 KOs) brings is power to bear on 30-year-old Paul Parker (7-0, 4 KOs) in a 10-round fight that nobody thinks will go that long. In the main undercard we've got D'Mitrius Ballard (8-0, 7 KOs) vs Josue Obando (11-5, 9 KOs) in a six-round fight. Fox Sports moved the fight to Fox Sports 2, so look for that on your cable or satellite package. It's underway now, with the undercard of Lamont Roach Jr. (7-0, 3 KOs) taking on Chirstian Santibanez (3-4, 2 KOs).

Live Blog: Timothy Bradley Jr. vs Jess Vargas

Undefeated Jesse Vargas (26-0, 9 KOs) takes on veteran Timothy Bradley Jr. (31-1-1, 12 KOs) in a fight that was supposed to be for the vacant WBO Welterweight title. Only Floyd Mayweather Jr. has yet to vacate it. So what does this fight mean now, in regards to that title which may, or may not be vacated before the end of the year? I have no clue. Miguel Iturrate <a href="https://www.getmoresports.com/weekend-boxing-odds-tim-bradley-takes-on-undefeated-jessie-vargas/" target="_blank">posted a preview of the fight</a> earlier in the week. Vargas already has a title at a lower weight class, the WBA Light Welterweight belt. Bradley Jr. lost this belt to Manny Pacquiao a little over a year ago in April, 2014 in a unanimous decision. Live Blog: Friday Night Boxing - CBS Sports Network, TruTV and Showtime

We start the action at 9 p.m.on CBS Sports Network with Dennis Hogan (21-0-1, 7 KOs) defends his WBA-NABA U.S. Super Welterweight titlel against vs Kenny Abril (14-7-1, 7 KOs) in a 10-round fight. After that fight, I'm switching over to TruTV to watch Gilberto Ramirez (31-0, 24 KOs) defend his WBO International Super Middleweight title against Derek Edwards (27-4-1, 14 KOs). When that fight wraps up, we'll land at our final destination on Showtime to watch hot young middleweight Dominic Wade (17-0, 12 KOs) put on a show against Sam Soliman (44-12, 18 KOs) for 10 rounds.

Live Blog: Mississippi Braves at Tennessee Smokies MiLB Game of the Week

The Mississippi Braves (32-32) travel to Kodak, Tenn. to take on the Tennessee Smokies (36-29) in the first nationally televised game in the park's history. The Smokies are the Double-A team for the Chicago Cubs. The Braves, of course, are the Double-A team for the Atlanta Braves. Both are currently in second place in their divisions in the Southern League, with the Smokies still in a race with the Chattanooga Lookouts (Minnesota Twins) for the first-half title.

Boxing: Wilder vs Molina Live Blog

Heavyweight Deontay Wilder (33-0, 32 KOs) makes his first WBC Heavyweight title defense against Eric Molina (23-2, 17 KOs) on Showtime. In the undercard Andrey Klimov (19-1, 9 KOs) takes on Jose Pedraza (19-0, 12 KOs) for the vacant IBF Super Featherweight title on Showtime. If there's time (and the fight's still going on), we'll switch over to HBO for Nicholas Walters (25-0, 21 KOs) vs Miguel Marriaga (12-0, 18 KOs). Walters was stripped of his WBA Super Featherweight title by not making weight, but Marriaga can still claim the belt with a victory.

PBC Boxing Live Blog: Lara vs Rodriguez, Beterbiev vs Johnson

Erismandy Lara (20-2-2, 12 KOs) defends his WBA regular light middleweight title against Delvin Rodriguez (28-7-4, 16 KOs). In the undercard, light heavyweight Artur Barterbiev (8-0, 8 KOs) tries to remain unbeaten against Alexander Johnson (16-2, 7 KOs).

Miguel Cotto (29-4, 32 KOs) defends his WBC, Lineal and The Ring MIddleweight titles against Daniel Geale (31-3, 16 KOs).

Guerrero vs. Martinez Live Blog

James DeGale takes on Andre Dirrell for the vacant super middleweight world championship belt.

Golovkin vs Monroe Live Blog

For the third week in a row we get a marquee fight card. Tonight it's Triple-G, Gennady Golovkin (32-0, 29 KO) taking on Willie Monre Jr. (19-1, 6 KO) with his middleweight title on the line. We also get an undercard flyweight bout between Roman Gonzolez (42-0) and Edgar Sosa (51-8).
