Dit jaar is Van Gelder weer aanwezig op Gastvrij Rotterdam. Dé horecavakbeurs voor ambitieuze horecaprofessionals. Deze editie zullen we niet alleen met een beursstand aanwezig zijn maar hebben we ook Chef kok Niven Kunz gevraagd om een speciaal menu voor een selecte groep gasten te bereiden. En wel midden in een kas vol groenten, want groenten spelen in zijn gerechten altijd de hoofdrol. Zijn 80/20 principe (gerechten bestaan uit 80% groenten en 20% vlees of vis) kunnen we met recht succesvol noemen want de 34-jarige chef heeft al ruim tien jaar een Michelin ster.
