But if the Impact hold on to their advantage and even build on it, they would get honor of traveling to the West Coast and one of the loudest, rowdiest, passionate, energy-filled atmospheres you will ever find in this competition. Brian Schmetzer's Seattle Sounders had already disposed of the Colorado Rapids 3-1 on aggregate, winning both legs, and a Montreal win will ensure Seattle of hosting its first MLS Cup since 2009, one year prior to BMO Field hosting. Finally, national bragging rights are on the line on Wednesday. Toronto FC have already won the Canadian Championship and will be in the CONCACAF Champions League next season. However, Montreal will be sure to put that reputation to the test and it is up to the Reds to confirm that they are the best Canadian team in Major League Soccer this year.
