Today the State enters Phase Three of its recovery, with relaxed restrictions that will allow gatherings of 100 people, a new 2sqm per person rule and the reopening of hospitality venues, gyms, beauticians, playgrounds, cinemas and attractions such as Perth Zoo and Rottnest Island.
