Norman City Council Meeting March 27 [LIVE BLOG]

The Norman City Council will meet tonight to discuss several proclamations, including naming April 22, 2018 as Earth Day in the City of Norman, the addition of Tiny Houses for the Norman community and a donation for the Norman Animal Welfare Center.
