Norman City Council Meeting Feb. 27 [LIVE BLOG]

The Norman City Council will meet tonight to discuss the month of March being proclaimed Women's History Month in Norman, the reception of an award from the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness recognizing Norman for achieving federal benchmarks and a donation to the Norman Police Department to help prevent impaired driving.
