Norman City Council meeting Feb. 13 [LIVE BLOG]

The Norman City Council will meet tonight to discuss a new policy giving flexibility to the renaming of streets considered to be offensive or derogatory, financing aesthetic improvements to Lindsey St. and the acceptance of donations for the Norman Fire Department and the Norman Animal Welfare Center.
