Norman City Council meeting Jan. 23 [LIVE BLOG]

The Norman City Council will meet tonight to discuss the month of February being proclaimed Black History Month in Norman, authorization for the purchase of body cameras for the Norman Police Department and a possible grant to be used by the NPD for increased efforts to reduce underage drinking.
