United Nations Council vs. the United Nations President

(CNN) After the UN Council announced they found that the President and his administration took money from GCC countries to go against Qatar the President released a statement threating to release audio recording and transcripts of the UN Council's meeting discussing the investigation. This is concerning, one of the most kept secrets of the UN is the location and members of the UN Council if the President has apparent tapes that would reveal the identity of the members. The President is giving the UN Council until August 5 at 12:00 PM EST time to announce they didn't find any evidence to prove donations were accepted, if not the President threatened to release the audio and transcript.
