Live Updates: Budget 2016/2017

After one year in office, the government comes to the Parliament in Port of Spain this afternoon, to present a budget meant to stabilise Trinidad and Tobago's shaky economy, and chart a medium and long term course. How many will be helped, and how much it will hurt, will be known when Finance Minister Colm Imbert makes his presentation from 1.30pm.
